Obituary: Myong Suk 'Suky' Lau, 66, Of Wallingford

WALLINGFORD, CT - (From Wallingford Funeral Home) Myong Suk "Suky" Lau, 66, of Wallingford, former wife of Ming Lau, passed away peacefully April 18, 2021 at her home with family by her side.

Myong was born in Young Chun, Korea on March 22, 1955, a daughter of the late Sun Joo Ha and Kee Soon Kim.

In addition to her former husband, she is survived her daughter, Zenia Lau; her son, Simon Lau; her sister, Jyong Suk Kim; her brothers, Byung Kap Kim and Byung Il Kim.

Myong’s family will receive relatives and friends on Thursday, April 22, 2021 at Sacred Heart of Jesus Korean Catholic Church, 56 Hartford Ave., Wethersfield from 11 am until 12:30 pm.

A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 1 pm in the church.
