Obituary: Stephen W. Williams, 58, formerly of Wallingford
Stephen, a lover of muscle cars and motorcycles, worked many years as a Sheet Metal Mechanic for Local 40 Union.

WALLINGFORD, CT - (From Wallingford Funeral Home) Stephen W. Williams, 58, of Greeneville, Tennessee, formerly of Wallingford, CT, died September 21, 2021, at Greeneville Community Hospital.
He was born in Meriden CT, December 2, 1962, a son of the late Philip H and Mabel Williams. He worked many years as a Sheet Metal Mechanic for Local 40 Union. In his spare time he could be found tinkering in his garages doing small engine repair.
He also had a love for muscle cars and motorcycles. Steve had recently retired and was enjoying his life riding his Harley Davidson through the beautiful Smokey Mountains every chance he had.
He is survived by his daughters, Stephanie (Dan) Sargalski, Christy Williams, Whitney Williams, sons Stephen M. Williams, Shane Williams and Aaron Williams; his siblings Kenneth (Dixie) Curtis, Joseph (Marsha) Curtis, Frank (Jenifer) McLeod, Philip T Williams, and Rhonda (Kevin) Upton; 11 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
He also leaves behind his beloved dog, Ollie.
Stephen’s family will receive relatives and friends in The Wallingford Funeral Home, 809 N. Main St. Ext., on Thursday, October 7th, from 5 to 7pm. A service will follow in the funeral home at 7pm.
Interment will be in Patten, Maine on October 15th at 11 am at Patten Cemetery. Gifts in his memory may be sent to Greeneville - Greene County Humane Society, PO BOX 792 Greeneville, TN. 37744.
