Police: Wallingford Man With Crack Pipe Shot Gun During Domestic Dispute
Daniel Maldonado was charged with criminal possession of a firearm, unlawful discharge of a firearm, second-degree threatening, possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct.

A Wallingford man who police said had a crack pipe in his pocket was arrested Tuesday evening after he allegedly fired a gun during a domestic dispute.
On Tuesday, Daniel Maldonado, 38, of 179 S. Turnpike Road, was charged with criminal possession of a firearm, unlawful discharge of a firearm, second-degree threatening, possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct. Maldonado was arrested after he allegedly got into a domestic dispute with a woman and then fired his gun twice, according to The Record-Journal.
Police found a crack cocaine pipe in Maldonado's pocket, according to the newspaper. He was arraigned on Wednesday in Meriden Superior Court where Maldonado was ordered to stay at least 100 feet from the woman he allegedly had the domestic dispute with at all times.
