The Connecticut Department of Public Health is investigating <a href="http://sonshinepreschoolct.com/index.php/programs" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Sonshine Preschool</a> in Wallingford after allegations of abuse were reported by a former employee. <a href="http://www.nbcconnecticut.com/news/local/State-Conducting-Investigation-Into-Wallingford-Preschool-210609051.html" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">NBC Connecticut reports</a> that the health department is looking into allegations of abuse made by a former employee of the preschool. The employee stopped working for Sonshine in April. State officials and the preschool released no further details, according to the news site. The preschool is closing at the end of the year.
