On October 4, Philip Maturo, of Wallingford purchased a Play4 Night ticket from the Krauszer's Food Store in North Haven and won $38,540.

WALLINGFORD — A Wallingford resident is $38,540 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in North Haven earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
