Donate To Jeans For Teens At Crystal Mall

Norwich Tech chapter of Distributive Education Clubs of America is collecting used jeans for homeless teens this weekend and next.

If you loved the book, The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants, then this ought to inspire you. Norwich Tech's chapter of the Distributive Education Clubs of America is collecting used jeans at Crystal Mall in Waterford this weekend and next to donate to Aeropostle's Jeans for Teens drive. All jeans collected will go to homeless teenagers. 

Jeans can be dropped off next to the Guest Services Desk at the Mall in Waterford on the following dates:

  • Saturday, Jan. 25 10:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. 
  • Sunday, Jan. 26, noon to 3:30 p.m.
  • Saturday, Feb. 1, 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.  
  • Sunday, Feb. 2, noon to 3:30 p.m.
The Distributive Education Clubs of America (DECA), was officially established in 1946. Its purpose today is to assist in the growth and development of education in the marketing, management, and entrepreneurship areas. DECA chapters look to contribute to occupational competence and promote the understanding of and appreciation for the responsibilities within our free enterprise system.
