Obituaries: Susan Strahn, Wayne Moniz, and Barbara Noll

Susan B. Strahn, of Quaker Hill, passed away on Memorial Day, May 27, 2013, at the age of 90. She was chairman of the Waterford Republican Town Committee and served as Registrar of Voters. A celebration of her life will be held September 21 at 10 a.m. at Quaker Hill Baptist Church.  

Wayne Allen Moniz, 47, of Quaker Hill, died on Sunday, Sept. 8, 2013, at Lawrence + Memorial Hospital in New London. A celebration of his life will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. on September 14 at 7 Bella Vista Drive, Quaker Hill.  

Barbara Noll, 63, of Waterford, passed away on Sept. 8, 2013.

Waterford native Barbara Elaine (McGourty) Lowman, 91, passed away Sept. 5, 2013, in Washburn, Maine.
