Pellet Gun Shooting in Waterford Results in 4 Arrests
The reported shooting took place on Lathrop Road in the Quaker Hill area of Waterford.

Four people were arrested on Wednesday, May 4, after the Waterford Emergency Communications Center received a 911 call about a residence on Lathrop Road in the Quaker Hill area of Waterford that had been shot at by a person with a handgun.
An investigation revealed that the gun involved was a pellet gun. Police said there were no injuries but there was damage to property.
At approximately 2:48 p.m., the Waterford Patrol Officers and Investigative Services units responded to the call and while en route, were given a description of the suspect's vehicle as a dark four door sedan that headed north on Lathrop Road toward Montville.
"As officers were arriving on scene at Lathrop Road, they were informed that Montville Police had observed the vehicle traveling on Pink Row in Montville and had subsequently stopped the motor vehicle in a convenience store parking lot on Route 32 in Montville," Waterford Police Lt. Stephen Bellos said.
Waterford Officers made contact with the victim of the incident and determined that the four people in the car stopped by Montville officers were allegedly involved in the Lathrop Road incident and were taken into custody.
"During the investigation, it was determined that one of the individuals arrested had used a pellet gun to shoot several pellets at the house on Lathrop Road," Bellos said.
Waterford Police Department officers arrested the following four people. Samuel Ransom, David Wright and Owen Pagan were arrested for possessing weapons in a motor vehicle.
Isaiah Mckittrick was arrested for unlawful discharge of a firearm, reckless endangerment in the second degree, possession of weapons in a motor vehicle and criminal mischief in the third degree.
"During the course of the investigation, it was determined that David Wright was wanted on a warrant for violation of probation and held on a $50,000 bond at the Waterford Police Department," Bellos said.
Ransom, Pagan, and Mckittrick were released on $10,000 non-surety bonds.
