Robber Holds Gas Station Clerk At Knifepoint: Waterford Police
Police are searching for a suspect accused of holding a clerk at knifepoint in the robbery of a Waterford gas station.
WATERFORD, CT -- Police are investigating after a clerk was robbed at knifepoint Sunday in Waterford.
Police responded to a call at 7:37 p.m. reporting a robbery at the Bestway gas station at 6 Boston Post Road.
The suspect entered the store and cornered the clerk while holding a knife, police said.

The suspect stole an undetermined amount of cash from the register and fled on foot up Bank Street into New London.
The clerk was not injured.

The suspect was wearing an over-sized black jacket, grey pants, black sneakers, black gloves, and a black mask with the eyes and mouth holes cut out, according to police.
