They extricated the woman from the well, and she was taken to Lawrence & Memorial via Waterford Ambulance, according to WFSB 3-TV.

Antley was remembered in her obituary: "Sheila was a generous, kind and caring soul. She had an amazing energy that would light up any room with her infectious laugh, that you would hear even if you were not in it. She was a good daughter and sister. She was a loving wife. She was the loud and outrageous aunt. Most of all, she was a proud and devoted mother."

A GoFundMe has been started by Lauren Lewis for Antley's husband, Anthony Santangelo. "Anthony is facing unimaginable grief, and during this difficult time, we want to rally around him to offer our support," the fundraising appeal reads.

As of Friday morning, $16,520 had been raised on 242 donations of a $5,000 goal.
