Dog Halloween In West Hartford Is This Weekend

The West Hartford Dog Park Coalition's 'Howl-O-Ween' celebration will feature a canine costume contest, among other events.

WEST HARTFORD, CT — Halloween for humans may be Friday, Oct. 31, but in West Hartford, if you happen to be a dog, Halloween is a bit later.

That's because the organization looking to build a permanent dog park in town is hosting its 'Howl-O-Ween Party' at the temporary dog park at 100 Mayflower St., West Hartford, on Sunday, Nov. 2.

The canine Halloween celebration will be from 1 to 3 p.m.
