West Hartford Police Log for July 29 - Aug. 1

The following information was provided by the West Hartford police department. It does not indicate convictions.

The following arrests were made between July 29 and Aug. 1, and are listed in reverse chronological order. Information was provided by the West Hartford Police Department, 103 Raymond Road. Some charges may stem from multiple arrests; bond listed when available; arrests do not indicate convictions:

Shane Richardson, 22, of Hartford, was charged on Aug. 1 with third-degree burglary and sixth-degree larceny. Bond was set at $75,000. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Aug. 15.

Boris Tomicic, 41, of 206 South Main St., was charged on Aug. 1 with disorderly conduct. Bond was set at $25,000. He was scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Aug. 1.

William Cormier, 58, of Enfield, was charged on July 31 with littering, possession of drug paraphernalia, tampering with or fabricating evidence and turn signal. He was released on a $1,000 non-surety bond. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Aug. 15.

Christopher Landrie, 35, of Manchester, was charged on July 31 with possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released on a $1,000 non-surety bond. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Aug. 7.

Jennifer Evans, 42, of New Britain, was charged on July 31 with obtaining a controlled substance by forgery and conspiracy to obtain a controlled substance by forgery. Bond was set at $15,000. She is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Aug. 8.

Elsbeth Marshall, 47, of New Britain, was charged on July 30 with third-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct. She was released on a $1,000 bond and was scheduled to appear in Superior Court on July 31.

Daryl McNeill, 27, of 117 Hillcrest Ave. Apt. F, was charged on July 29 with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a $5,000 bond and was scheduled to appear in Superior Court on July 30.

Ricardo Marchand, 49, of 116 Hillcrest Ave. Apt. C, was charged on July 29 with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct. Bond was set at $20,000 and he was scheduled to appear in Superior Court on July 30.
