2 Juveniles Charged After Chase In Stolen Car In West Haven

WEST HAVEN, CT — Two juveniles were arrested early Wednesday morning after a chase involving a stolen vehicle in West Haven, according to multiple reports, including WFSB 3.

WFSB reports patrol officers saw a group of juveniles tampering with a vehicle in the area of Knox and Canton streets around 2:40 a.m.

A male juvenile was taken into custody, while other juveniles fled in a stolen Kia, which led to a police pursuit into New Haven, according to WFSB.

WTNH News 8 reports a female passenger was arrested after a brief pursuit, and the other occupants ran away.

The juveniles were found with USB cords that police said are known to be used for stealing Kia’s, according to WTNH.
