WEST HAVEN, CT — A winning scratch ticket worth $10,000 was recently sold in West Haven, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
A Williamsport, Pennsylvania resident won $10,000 on a 10X Cash 17th Edition scratch ticket that was sold at 7-Eleven at 480 Saw Mill Rd. in West Haven, according to Lottery officials.
The CT Lottery has changed its policy on announcing winners by not including the winners’ full names on the list in order to protect them from potential scams, according to officials.
