WEST HAVEN, CT - A West Haven resident is $100,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On April 5, Joseph Stoudmire, of West Haven, purchased a Powerball ticket from the Krauszer'sFood Store in West Haven and won $100,000.
