Good afternoon,

It is hard to believe that summer is behind us and school has begun. Please take a look at our police department’s recommendations for safety and enforcement around our school buses and children at https://eastoncourier.news/2025/08/26/easton-police-department-issues-back-to-school-safety-campaign/. The next several months are beautiful in our town and bring many visitors, especially to our farms. There are also many recreational events as well. For our residents, I hope we are happy to show off our wonderful town, but there can be some inconveniences. The town works with some of our major farms to manage traffic as well as possible, but a little patience at the peak times is helpful, particularly getting up and down Sport Hill Rd. Consider using other routes on weekends. Overall, it is a wonderful time to enjoy Easton’s rural beauty.
Congratulations to our Municipal Agent Dan and his wife on the birth of their first child.
