Redding police enforced the graduated license law barring minors from driving after 11 p.m. without a work-related reason. The 17-year-old female was stopped for a stop sign violation on Cross Highway at 12:03 a.m. on Nov. 23.
The officer issued her a written warning for the graduated license violation, according to police.
