Weston Woman Charged with Stalking After Refusing to Leave Wilton Starbucks
A 30-year-old Weston woman is alleged to have yelled obscenities at employees at Wilton Starbucks.
WILTON, CT — Wilton police said they charged a 30-year-old Weston woman with second degree stalking, criminal trespass and breach of peace after she refused to leave Starbucks in Wilton.
In June 4, 2016, just before 5 p.m., Wilton police were called to the coffee shop after Jennifer Burke, 30, refused to leave. Police said the Weston woman was asked to leave but returned and began yelling obscenities.
Police said she was placed under arrest at Starbucks and was released on $1,000 bond.
