Five Things, June 19: Teen Summer Reading at the Library

Here are five things to know about Westport for Wednesday, June 19:

1. The weather. Expect mostly sunny skies with temperatures reaching a high near 77.

2. Your commute. Stay ahead of traffic by checking the state's traffic camera footage.

3. Conservation Commission. Interested in the work of the Conservation Commission? Members meet Wednesday at 7 p.m. in Town Hall. You can find an agenda here. 

4. Sneaker donation drive. Koko FitClub has teamed up with GreenSneakers on a national basis to collect gently used sneakers for redistribution to those in need around the world. For details on how to donate, click here.

5. Teen summer reading. The school year is almost over. Teens, sign up for the Westport Public Library's teen summer reading program. You get a free cafe beverage when you sign up, for every five books you read, and every book review you submit.
