"The vehicle was stopped and upon approach, a large amount of copper was viewed in the rear seat area," said Captain John Calka.
Police detained the driver and passenger while other responding officers checked the property. Officers determined that the copper in the vehicle was part of a gutter system that was taken from the home, police said.
