Westport PD: Former Liquor Store Employee Nabbed for Stealing Cash, Alcohol

The suspect turned himself in on a warrant for the alleged incident that took place in July 2011.

Two employees of were allegedly stealing alcohol and cash over a four day periord last summer, police said.

21-year-old Michael Vivirito, of Trumbull, turned himself in on a warrant to June 11.

Vivirito was charged with fourth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit fourth-degree larceny.

Vivirito was released after posting $5,000 professional surety bond. He is due in court June 21.
