Benton, who summitted Mount Everest in 2005, has 25 years of experience in the corporate learning and development space, working with clients such as JPMorgan Chase, PepsiCo, and Pfizer.

“Over the course of my career, I’ve learned that leadership is about creating meaning, motivation, and action,” notes Benton. “Each of the CEOs interviewed for Route to the Top has excelled at leadership within shifting paradigms. Hiking a mountain together created an organic and authentic opportunity to learn more about how they lead change within their organizations. They were open, engaged, and a little sweaty!”

Filmed by Benton on an iPhone 13 with no crew, each interview offers an intimate look at the CEOs and their success stories. Interviews will be of particular interest to other CEOs as well as other business leaders, including Chief Human Resources Officers, Chief Learning, and Chief Talent Officers. The episodes are available for download starting September 14 via LinkedIn, Spotify, YouTube, and Apple Podcasts, running approximately 10 minutes on LinkedIn with the full-length, 45-minute interviews available on the other platforms.
