You will be positioned inside a beautiful Himalayan Salt Cave with your own special aerial hammock. You will learn how to create space throughout the entire body with various types of full body stretches. You will create space in the hips, shoulders, & neck. Learn how to release tension in the joints & the connective tissue. Strengthen the core muscles & lower back muscles. While also learning how to do mild inversion therapy to stretch the spine & relieve back pain. All while breathing in the natural anti-inflammatory properties of the Halotherapy, or Himalayan salt while being suspended/cocooned in the aerial hammock. Halotherapy is an alternative treatment that involves breathing salty air. The Darien Salt Cave is a controlled holistic environment that simulates the micro-climate of a naturally occurring salt cave. This micro-climate environment is ionized & saturated with a low vapor concentration of himalayan salt which boosts immunity, reduces inflammation in the respiratory tract, improves respiratory function & overall health.
