Parole Fugitive Bust Nets Heroin, Crack Cocaine
Windsor police say Rondell Randolph was found to be in possession of 57 baggies of heroin.

Having successfully assisted the Fugitive Task Force locate Rondell Randolph for a violation of his conditional release, Windsor police have charged the 32-year-old Windsor man with multiple drug offenses.
According to police, a confidential informant told officers Randolph was staying at the Flamingo Inn on Windsor Avenue. According to court documents, task force agents located Randolph in room 126 of the motel.
Once in custody, Windsor police checked his person and belongings and allegedly found him to be in possession of about two hand-knotted baggies of crack cocaine rocks and 57 glassine baggies of heroin, amounting to 11 and 11.5 grams, respectively.

Police say Randolph was also in possession of 2.5 grams of marijuana.
Randolph was taken into custody and held on $50,000. He was charged with possession with the intent to sell heroin, possession with the intent to sell crack cocaine and possession of a controlled substance.

Randolph has pleaded not guilty.
