WINDSOR LOCKS— A Windsor Locks resident is $825,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in Windsor earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On November 5, Michael Gaudreau, of Windsor Locks purchased a Millionaire ticket from the Windsor Stop & Shop and won $825,000.
