April 26 George Wilson, 44, of 18 Jackson Road in Bloomfield, was charged with possession with the intent to sell marijuana; and possession of marijuana, fewer than four ounces; 9:42 p.m. Dustin Pelletier, 30, of 525 Somers Road in Ellington, was charged with illegal possession of heroin, possession of drug paraphernalia, and sixth-degree larceny; 1:56 a.m. April 20 MarkAndrew Maher, 22, of 30 Diana Lane in Windsor, was charged with possession of marijuana, fewer than .5 ounces; and injury, risk of injury, or impairing the morals of a child; 4:26 a.m.
