22nd Annual Earth Day Taking Place at New Morning Market

New Morning Market's 22nd annual Earth Day Celebration will take place from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, April 23, at 129 Main St. North, Woodbury.

Savor local and regional artisanal food samples from Lesser Evil, Natures Path, Honest Kitchen, Raw Food Central, Munk Pack, Superkrauts, Vertical Water, Sweet’tauck, Tierra farms and Cadia.

Meet local farmers and try fresh samples of grass-fed beef from Laurel Ridge, Berkshire Pork from Walden Hill and Lamb from Sepe Farm.

Kids' activities will take place with Wilderness schools Three Red Trees and Two Coyotes. Face painting will be offered and Todd Stoughton will perform live.

At the Vitality Center (2nd floor), holistic practitioners Alison Birks, Dawyn Cloud-Alter, Byron Eddy, Jared Coggins, Dr. Shawn Carney, Morgan Leever and Holly Leever will be on hand to answer your questions.

If supplements are your thing then you’ll want to chat with experts from Megafood, Natural Organics, Nutraceutical, Vibrant Health, Garden of Life and Vega Protein. Alaffia Skincare, Rad Soap and Gabriel Cosmetics and Zuzu Luxe will be in attendance.

Entry forms to win a grand prize of $500 of groceries will be available on April 23.
