Accident Sends One to Hospital, Dog Struck and Killed by Car
The following arrest information was supplied by the Woodbury Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Joyce Arbib, 64, of Woodbury, was issued a warning for a stop sign violation on Feb. 18 at approximately 3:19 p.m.
According to police, Arbib allegedly caused an accident on Rt. 61 in Woodbury when she crossed in front of a vehicle at a stop sign, causing a collision and sending the driver of the other vehicle to the hospital with minor injuries.
