Jeff has worked in the prevention field for many years, across many towns in CT. He was instrumental in helping ASAP win a Federal Drug Free Community Grant. One of his many talents is being able to work with young people.

What's one thing you want everyone to know about the community hero?

Jeff works 24/7 many times behind the scenes helping people of all ages struggling with addiction.
