Lake Compounce Continues to Host Scare Actor Auditions

Lake Compounce is already looking ahead to spooky season as America’s First Amusement Park gears up for its annual Halloween event, Phantom Fall Fest.

Each year, Phantom Fall Fest takes screams to the extreme as the fear kicks into gear after 6 p.m. every night of the event. To help make this season one for the horror books, the park is currently accepting applications for scare actors. Auditions will take place at the park on July 18,19, 20, 25 and 26. In addition to scare actors, the park is hiring for a variety of positions for the fall season including rides, food and beverage and security. Pay rates range from $16.50 - $18.00 per hour and no experience is required to apply.

Phantom Fall Fest will run on select days from September 20 through October 26. Family friendly activities will take place on Saturdays and Sundays from opening until 6 p.m. This year, the park will introduce an all-new haunt which promises to deliver more terror than any haunt in Phantom Fall Fest history. More information on the park’s newest haunted house will be announced soon.
