The winning Play4 ticket worth $15k was recently sold at a Middlebury business, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
MIDDLEBURY - A Waterbury resident is $15,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in Middlebury earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On December 28, Cynthia Spinelli, of Waterbury, purchased a Play4 Night ticket from the Alltown Fresh in Middlebury and won $15,000.
