Obituary: Philip Noonan, Sr., 75, of Middlefield
Philip, always devoted to his family, served in the Army National Guard as a medic and was an accomplished business man for many years.
MIDDLEFIELD, CT - (From Biega Funeral Home) Noonan, Senior, Philip, 75, of Middlefield, passed away August 6, 2021.
He was born in Cambridge, Massachusetts, son of Joseph P Noonan and Nora Noonan (Santos) of Somerville, MA.
He is survived by his wife Paula J. Noonan (Duca) of Middlefield, daughter Jennifer Noonan of Cheshire, son David P. Noonan of Middlefield, grandchildren Aubrie, Sophia, and Louis Noonan. He was predeceased by his son Philip M. Noonan Jr.
Philip served in the army national guard, where he was a medic stationed at Fort Bragg, NC. Attended Boston University. Phil was an incredible businessman who worked his way up from parts associate to business owner over the course of 30 years.
Most of all he was a family man who cared more about the well-being of his family, extended family, and close friends rather than himself.
Funeral services will be held Friday August 13th at 11 a.m. at Biega Funeral Home 3 Silver St. Middletown; friends may visit from 10 to 11 a.m. Burial will follow the service at Middlefield Cemetery.
