Police Searching for Missing Northfield Man

Stephen Cybulski was last seen working in the yard Wednesday.

State police are asking for the public’s help locating a missing Northfield man who was last seen Wednesday evening.

Stephen Cybulski, 51, was last seen working outside between his property and a nearby pond Wednesday around 5 p.m. Family members contacted police shortly before 9 p.m. when he could not be found.

Police searched the home and surrounding area with K-9 teams but were unable to find Cybulski by 2:30 Thursday morning. The search resumed at 6 a.m., joined by the dive team checking the pond, however as of Thursday afternoon there has been no sign of him.

Cybulski is described as a white male, about 5’10”, 150 pounds, last seen wearing shorts, grey work boots and no shirt. He has salt-and-pepper hair and a tattoo of a tiger on his right arm.

Anyone with information about Cybulski’s whereabouts or who might have seen him is asked to contact the state police at 860-626-7900.
