Todd Jones, 20, of East Hartford, was charged with possession of marijuana on June 22 at approximately 2 a.m.
According to police, Jones was stopped for a moving violation on Interstate 84 East in Middlebury and upon contact an officer immediately detected an odor of marijuana. The vehicle was then searched and marijuana was found stashed in a potato chip bag.
