According to the Connecticut Lottery, the winning scratch ticket was sold at a business in Middlebury.
MIDDLEBURY, CT - A Waterbury resident is $77,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in Middlebury earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On October 12, Joseph Pepice, of Waterbury purchased a Mega 7s ticket from the Dez Mobil in Middlebury and won $77,000.
