Police arrested Theresa Armatino, 46, of Waterbury, in connection with a rash of Middlebury car break-ins.
The crimes occurred near Triangle Blvd and Christian Road in August of this year. Armatino is charged with third degree burglary, fourth degree larceny, and several counts of identity theft and credit card theft.
Armatino was set to appear in Waterbury Superior Court this morning, after being released on $5,000 bond.
