WOODBURY, CT - Woodbury First Selectman William J. Butterly, Jr., 75, has passed away after suffering a heart attack.

"It it with the utmost sadness to tell you that my brother William J. Butterly Jr. has passed away from a heart attack early this morning.
"He was also the first selectman of Woodbury, Conn. Words cannot express how sad I am. Prayers to his wife, Judy.
