Woodbury Man Dies in Southbury Accident: State Police
A 68-year-old man succumbed to his injuries after a Friday, March 4, accident in Southbury.
A 68-year-old Woodbury man died after an early morning accident Friday, March 4, on Main Street North in Southbury.
According to the News Times, Woodbury resident James Churchill was driving south on Main Street North when his vehicle struck a truck traveling in the northbound lane.
Police reportedly said Churchill’s truck crossed over the roadway, which was covered in ice. He was transported to Waterbury Hospital, where he was pronounced deceased.
