Police arrested someone for carrying a metal sword near the Capitol Building on Halloween.According to <a href="http://www.wusa9.com/story/news/2014/11/05/sword-found-us-capitol-building/18536709/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">WUSA9</a>, a person was spotted by an officer walking across the West Front of the U.S. Capitol Building with a long, narrow box in hand.When questioned by police, the person allowed the officer to look inside the box which revealed a three-foot long metal sword, WUSA9 reports.The person was arrested.Image via Shutterstock
