Broadway's 'Nice Work If You Can Get It' Tour Premieres in D.C.

Tickets to the Tony Award-winning show will go on sale Oct. 31.

The Roaring Twenties come to life in D.C. as a Broadway musical comedy hits the stage!

Tony Award-winning Nice Work If You Can Get It pairs comedy and romance to create a high-stepping show.

The show will play at the Warner Theatre, 513 13th Street NW and tickets will go on sale 10 a.m. Oct. 31. Performances for the Broadway hit will take place 8 p.m. Jan. 30 and 2 p.m. Jan. 31.

Nice Work If You Can Get It tells the story of rich playboy Jimmy Winter, played by Alex Enterline, and how he falls for bubbly bootlegger Billie Bendix, played by Mariah MacFarlane, during the midst of his wedding.

The show features classic songs “But Not For Me”, “Let’s Call the Whole Thing Off”, “I’ve Got a Crush on You”, and more! The audience can look forward to music by George Gershwin, lyrics by Ira Gershwin, and a book by Joe Dipietro.
