Celebrate Halloween at the National Zoo This Weekend!

The kid-friendly Boo at the Zoo event offers candy and animal exhibits Oct. 24 - 26.

Tasty treats will not be in short supply at the Boo at the Zoo event this weekend!

The National Zoo welcomes guests to visit around 40 stations offering chocolates, healthy snacks, souvenirs, and goody bags while showing off their Halloween costumes.

Boo at the Zoo will be hosted 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. Friday through Sunday at the National Zoo, 3001 Connecticut Avenue NW.

Animal demonstrations and exhibits will be open including the Kids’ Farm, Bird House, Elephant Community Center, and Reptile Discovery Center.

Among the candy including Snickers, M&Ms, and Starburst, the family-friendly event will offer healthier treats including apples, pretzels, and KIND snack bars.

Tickets are available at $20 for FONZ members and $30 for nonmembers. Parking is available at $5 for FONZ members and $10 for nonmembers. Public transportation is available to access the zoo. Saturday passes are sold out.
