The space will get a facelift including exterior restoration and raised ceilings, according to report.

In addition to the new condos and rentals that will be built above the new West End Library and fire station, more residential units are coming to Georgetown.

According to the Washington Business Journal, the Georgetown Theater property, 1351 Wisconsin Avenue NW, will be used for retail, office, and four residential units.

Most recently housing The National Jewel Center, Robert Bell Architects bought the space in August for $3.715 million.
