Georgetown Welcomes Chez Billy Sud Duplicate Restaurant
The Hilton brothers open the French restaurant Thursday.

Chez Billy Sud brings French dishes to Georgetown at the opening Wednesday.
Eric and Ian Hilton own Chez Billy Sud, sister restaurant of Chez Billy in D.C. Occupying the former Cafe La Ruche space, 1039 31st Street NW, this is the first time the siblings have opened a duplicate restaurant.
“Chez Billy Sud will be a casual fine dining restaurant and that seems to suit what’s going on in Georgetown at the moment,” Eric Hilton told The Washington Post.
