Jackie Kennedy's Georgetown Mansion Just Had Its Price Slashed
The former first lady owned it after her husband's assassination in 1963.

WASHINGTON, DC — Perhaps the most beloved First Lady of all time, Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis, once lived in a mansion at 3017 N St. NW in Georgetown. And that home just got a little bit more affordable (not for most people, though).
The house was originally put on the market for $10 million, but the price has since dropped to a hair under $9 million, according to the Washington Post.
Not surprisingly, the house has quite a bit of history. It was purchased by Jackie O after the 1963 assassination of her husband, President John F. Kennedy.
