Madonna Celebration Tour Coming To DC, Tickets Go On Sale Friday

WASHINGTON, DC — Madonna is celebrating four decades in the music business by bringing her Celebration Tour to Capital One Arena in Washington, D.C.

The D.C. concert is set for 8:30 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 2.

The best-selling female solo touring artist of all time will highlight her catalog of music from the past 40-plus years. Produced by Live Nation, The Celebration Tour will take the audience on Madonna's artistic journey while paying respect to New York City where her career in music began.

"I am excited to explore as many songs as possible in hopes to give my fans the show they have been waiting for," said Madonna in a news release.

The Celebration Tour will offer a one-of-a-kind experience with special guest Bob the Drag Queen, aka Caldwell Tidicue.

Tickets go on sale Friday, Jan. 20, and Friday, Jan. 27, at 10 a.m. local time at madonna.com/tour.

Fans can also purchase VIP packages with premium tickets, exclusive access to a behind-the-scenes tour, a group photo on stage, a pre-show reception and a limited edition lithograph via vipnation.com.
