GEORGETOWN, DC — The biggest Sweetgreen yet has opened at 1044 Wisconsin Ave. NW in Georgetown. The restaurant spans over 2,200 square feet and features two levels of indoor seating with 46 seats, outdoor patio space and parking, according to a press release.

This location is nearly 1,700 square feet larger than the chain's original location on M Street, which opened ten years ago this August.

Sweetgreen was founded in 2007 by three Georgetown students. The now-nationwide chain has 25 stores within the DMV. The company describes itself as a destination for “fun, delicious food that’s both healthy for you and aligned with your values."
