No One Wants Jackie Kennedy's Georgetown Mansion ... At Least Not for $10 Million: Report
The realtor company behind the property reportedly has slashed its price to just $6.5 million since listing it last June.

GEORGETOWN, DC — The Georgetown home of former First Lady Jacqueline Kennedy is still on the market since being listed last June for $9,750,000, and evidently the real estate company behind it is having trouble finding a buyer: they've cut the price of the mansion big time.
The brick colonial, which is located at 3017 N Street NW, was reportedly under consideration by new D.C. residents Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner, but they've already chosen a home just around the corner from the Obamas in the nearby Kalorama neighborhood. Now, the price tag for Kennedy's home has been reduced to a measly $6.5 million this month, according to a Washingtonian report.
That price will get you six bedrooms, five and a half bathrooms and the ability to brag to your friends that you live in Jackie Kennedy's old home in a posh Georgetown neighborhood. The First Lady moved there in 1963 following her husband's assassination. It's not often that an entire house is a conversation piece.

The size and history of the house are great, but the problem is the ancient house, which needs some work. Washington Fine Properties is the realtor company that listed the house.
Kennedy only stayed there for less than a year's time before moving to Manhattan.
