Singer-songwriter, Pharrell Williams showed his support for the councilmember on Twitter.Currently representing Ward 4, Councilmember Bowser is the Democratic candidate in the Nov. 4 elections. She beat current D.C. Mayor Vincent Gray in the Democratic primary elections earlier this year.
