Sabra Hummus House Comes to Georgetown
The pop-up restaurant will be open until Oct. 26.

Sabra Hummus House, a pop-up restaurant available for a limited time, has opened in Georgetown.
The menu includes hummus served with warm pita and vegetables, salad with hummus dressing, and sandwiches with hummus. A Create-Your-Own Hummus plate is available with a side of warm pita.
Mary Beth Albright, D.C. chef and former “Next Food Network Star” finalist, runs the pop-up restaurant.

The Sabra Hummus House will be donating $25,000 to the National Future Farmers of America Scholarship Program.
The Hummus House, 1254 Wisconsin Avenue NW, occupies a storefront and is open until Oct. 26. The restaurant serves lunch 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and dinner 5 to 9 p.m.
