Which Metro DC ZIP Codes Are on Forbes' 'Most Expensive' List?

Here are the DC metro ZIP codes that made it onto the Forbes ”Most Expensive ZIP Codes List,”published this week.

To compile its annual list of America’s Most Expensive ZIP Codes, Altos Research looks at median home price data for more than 29,500 ZIPs covering 95 percent of the U.S. population. Forbes takes that date and turns it into its annual “500 Most Expensive ZIP Codes” list.
